"I have your AA cracked"; I insist sir, take all my stack

Sometimes you just don't lose enough with AA, even when people give you a way out, no, you must lose it all, you know you're beaten, but what the hell, you have aces !!.
Meh, I'm tired of these mistakes, when you can't let go AA. This is a hand from 5-10 NL 6 max which illustrates the point:

I don't like his line much, still I should have checked the turn, and since I didn't then it was an easy fold to save my last $650, but man, being dumb is pretty expensive.
